hurdy how come you not interested in water methanol injection. ill act like octane booster(if not better)and clean all the inlet valves and reduce temps.

I haven't made my mind up yet on the next step, so I'm amusing myself with some of the smaller fiddly (but worthwhile!) bits. I think I'm going to start tormenting Forge about the wastegate actuator soon as I've been reading that it can also help out with more power too

Undecided whether or not to go for direct port water/meth or nitrous. Nitrous is more fulfilling as you can easily go for a 50 shot, which would give 50bhp AND 50lbft extra, or go for water meth and be happy with an extra 10bhp ish. I don't really fancy having to mess about with water/meth mixtures and all the associated pitfalls of setting it up right and maintaining. Wheras the Nitrous I think will be more fulfilling and give me over 400 bhp, plus there is a friendly gas guy I know nearby

people are already testing the ko4 forge actuator over on golfmkv.com seems to be some good results so far as long as you are running revo so you can adjust the seetings and make the mose of it  

only problem as it looks an expensive job to fit..

also spoke to revo today who said you can load the new revo dsg map over the giac dsg map without having to remove it first - stage 2 sounds very interesting
