Evening,
A quick question and apologies if this has been discussed before but what is your procedure when you get in your car and start her up from cold before driving off?
I start mine up then leave it a couple of minutes so the revs can drop and then drive off. Do others do the same or drive off straight away or leave it to idle longer? Is there a correct procedure? Ps, when driving i wait till temp hits 90 before letting her go properly.

Clutch in, start car, drive off. That's my routine, unless it's icy or snow, in which case it idles until it's defrosted.
