Need new pads and discs

Need to sort out some discs and pads all round though there seems to be different types, sizes and fittings.

Any idea what I should get for a standard GTi?

Was going to get Ultimax Black discs from ECP as I get massive discount as mother in law works there but people say the EBC stuff is horrific....

So what should I get/ what do I need?

Personally, I always go fully OEM on discs and pads but thats down to preference and the fact I get them silly cheap from TPS

Do you know the retail price? Out of interest what is the trade price?

Retail is about 70 a disc, trade is almost if not less than half that

Pads are about 25 a set trade

If you want OEM stuff mate, have a look at my ad in the for sale section - I got a full set of front brakes off an Ed30 with loads of life left (only covered 20k).

i sold and used ebc had quite a few customers using their racing pads never had a complaint. i  sold them for almost 15yrs

Thanks, going get a price of oem stuff from sere.

Though might just get the mother in law to see what the ebc stuff cOmes to.
