as per the title really, just a quick question I noticed a button on the b-piller of my car behind the drivers seat...can someone tell me what its for please?

Turns off interior alarm monitoring and on some is to stop the car being towed away.

You have to press it before you lock the car. It will illuminate when pressed

Oh I understand
so if you want to switch the interior sensors off you have to press the button. otherwise when you lock the car normally the sensors will automatically be activated.
