With all those mods, it needs to be someone who REALLY wants those mods, that's the problem you limit your market.
On a realistic note, with the mileage and the age of it, i'd say about £6800-7000.
Thats not a mick take :( just being realistic (you'd be better stripping it and putting it back to standard, then selling for the same price but get some money back from your mods).
