Honey combe grills without fog lights

Does anyone know if you can get the standard look fog grills but with out the hole for fog lights, like this (doesnt have to be open though) sorry for the crap pic

I want to make something up to have DRL's but i dont like the look of the jom ones and dont want fogs as well as drl's!
Or can the headlights be modified to house drls by the indicator?
