Sometimes I get a loud clicking behind my clocks/steering wheel? Does anybody know what this is?

Any chance of a sound clip?

Had steering rack done on mine for noise when parking / manouvering etc. Was done under warranty. As above I gues it depends when it makes the noise etc..?

I don't think it's the steering rack it actually sounds like a plastic style clicking behind the clocks I'll try and get a sound clip but it does it even when parked not moving having just started the car?

I got this sound too. Thought it was a characteristic of the car! Sounds like a cheap clock on the wall from my school days!! Only notice it when stationary after travelling for a few miles.
