Seen this in Argos:http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5593189/c_1/1%7Ccategory_root%7CPhotography%7C14419436/c_2/2%7C14419436%7CDigital+SLR+cameras%7C25417975.htm#pdpProductReviews

Comments as thinking of buying as a step up from a basic point and shoot.

A bit of an old camera - it's from 2009 and has since been superseded by the D3100 and D3200.

For £100 more, you could get the D3100 which is a bit more up to date. Alternatively, consider a second-hand camera. You're more likely to get a newer one with more stuff.

Have a read of the review: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikond3000

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.
