Just wondering if anyone here uses a fuelcard or has been provided with one. What are the perks of them?

cheers

I have a Morrisons one and it's pretty lame, you have to put in £300+ for £5 free.

What do you mean by fuelcard?

The ones where you get points when you fill up?

pretty much like credit cards. fill up and pay at the end of the week/month. apparently saves you money but you need a min spend of at least 3-400.

I use my barclaycard visa to pay for fuel at shell
I get so much back on every spend, think my reward balance is about £5 just now that I can spend a shell or other retailers

I pay my balance off every month so don't  have to pay any interest

I ony use the card to keep a good credit history just incase house prices become affordable so I can hopefully get a good mortgage

I think you'd need to be a business to get one.

I had a TOTAL fuel card with a discount as it was a company benefit before they sold all of the filling stations.  They then sold the fuel card business to a Shell reseller so I have a Shell fuel card but it's forecourt pricing so to be honest no great benefit.

Everytime I read the thread title, I misread it as "F&cktard"  :stupid:

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.
