Dipping

Now the nights are drawing in....some utter morons not dipping. Tonight someone dipped for a second when I flashed, then flicked back to blinding me. Tit. 

I get so frustrated that sometimes I just stick full beam on and try to blind them in return. I don't feel this is a very sensible thing to be doing though.
