new door speaker help

REcently got new focal door speakers' will it be poss to fit without crossovers' as I will simply be swapping existing speakers for upgrades. Don't want to be getting too involved with wiring if poss..

what speakers are they, component or coaxial? think the component need the crossovers....an audio shop with wire them for around £15 -£20
