Replacing clutch cost?
« on: January 09, 2013, 07:18:42 pm »
Before I ring around a few garages about fitting a new clutch to my gti, I wanted to know from guys who have had it done, what is a reasonable price?
Admin notice, sig pic removed for being to big.

I was looking on R-tech's website. They says from £450 for OEM and about £1k for Sachs or Helix, seems pretty good.

I was quoted £400 for oem replacement at midland vw a couple of years back. I ended up needing flywheel too so total bill was around £650ish
