Anybody have any idea how much a cruise control stalk is from the stealers?

It was £50 plus vat for my stalk last year. £167 all in for fitted.

I bought mine on eBay, £43 delivered - that was a G version (the one to go for)

If you're based near Norfolk then Eddie-NL on here fits the stalks for less than £100, did mine last year along with other retro fits, top bloke and really knows his stuff  :smiley:

Got it fixed glad, guy that edd knows in Scotland will do the job for me,hes a top bloke had work done by him before golfman on the forum.

I rang the dealer and they quoted me about £65. They also told me on my vehicle it was plug-and-play, so no extras needed.

Hi alex,it is not as easy as plug n play unfortunetly bud,you will need to have the stalk once fitted coded with vagcom,the stealers normally quote £170 all in m8.

Yeah, I thought as much, but compared to what some people have to go through to get theirs working, I guess I am quite lucky. Haha. Don't have to start taking my car all apart and adding wires etc
