Shorter droplinks required when coilovers installed?
« on: February 10, 2014, 07:27:45 pm »
Hi guys just fitted my fk silverlines and now im getting a knocking on the drivers side. I brought the coilovers used and the fk droplinks were no good. Checked condition of mine and they are fine cant see anything wrong or loose apart from the anti roll bar is sitting virtually mm's away from the wishbone therefore knocking as its hitting bumps in the road? Has anyone else had this same problem? And also if anyone has any links to where i can purchase smaller droplinks from? Thanks!

Got some adjustable ones on eBay for like £15 new.
The knocking could also be from your subframe, did you change to extended subframe bolts when you lowered it?
