Forge Recirculation Valve (Diverter Valve) - Spring
« on: October 09, 2009, 11:08:52 pm »
Folks,

Just realised that my Forge DV came with two colour coded springs.  Should I use the green one or the yellow one?  The yellow one seems firmer...

For the moment I have the green one installed.  Car has a stage 1 remap.

Cheers...  :popcornsoda:

there is a spec somewhere, but its like upto 21psi green, 22-25 yellow.

whatever it is, yellow is for remapped cars.

Thanks SteveS,  I'll have to get the spring changed when I'm back at the TTShop.

Bizarrely, the yellow spring seems softer - may be its my mind playing tricks.  I would have thought the yellow spring would have been stiffer if it was for remapped cars.
