Replacing standard headlights with Ed35 Xenons
« on: September 08, 2014, 08:17:22 am »
Hi,

I have standard headlights on my mk6 GTI, and would like to fit a set of ED35 headlights (with the LED day light). Do all ED35 headlights come with Xenons, or was this an upgrade?

If the Xenons came as standard, what do I need to do to fit them to my car? I'm guessing I need to change something or fit an adaptor?

Cheers

Lx

You'll also need cables,  HID ballast, AFS module, auto-lever kit, a BCM compatible with xenons, bulb supporters, headlight washers kit with water pump, and some more I'm sure.

Here's a video on them being retrofitted:

They sure are awesome! :happy2:

Cheers
