I've used pagid pads and have had no problems with them. I have braided brake lines in which did make a big difference.

I assume you are running stock rear brakes? You should consider swapping over to R32 rear brakes, they'll help a lot keeping 270 horses in check!

I would use Pagid pads if you're just running stock rears, they're more than fine for an occasional spirited drive along a B-road. If you were taking to the track then I'd opt for some pricer ones. :happy2:

i do really want some but cant afford any at the moment been an expensive few months with my car..insurance,tax,decat,ed30 rear valence ha!

tbh ive never had a problem with the rears with standard pads on..

proberly abit more spirited driving..shall i opt for brembo or something then? i dont think there that much more expensive..

You can always trust a name like Brembo, for a few quid more I would especially if you're planning to use all those horses. I got normal Ferodo pad on my fronts and they're more than up to the job, will be fitting the rears with the same line of pads too when I upgrade to R32 rears.

How hard can it be?

Mintex are basically pagid pads. Made in the same factory aswell.
