Installing retrofit multifunction buttons

Hi I have a 2008 dsg GTI which I want to add the multifunction modification too I have purchased the buttons but  will the module be in place then add the buttons and then get someone to code it or do I have to purchase the multifunction module aswell

You'll need a new steering wheel and controller.

do you have the gear selectors on the back of the steering wheel?
Loads of extra's and retro fits.

Then your control module will be OK and you can easily add the buttons and code it up
Loads of extra's and retro fits.

As stated you just need to add the buttons.  The newer type are not much use without highline display though. Can't skip tracks as far as i know
