Standard wishbones

Popped into my TPS and asked about the TT wishbones etc.
I told him I've got the cast steel and not the sheet steel fitted already. He said straight away you shouldn't of had them fitted and that someone has already been under my car and change them.

Has anyone else heard of this or got the same ones fitted? Anything wrong with the cast steel?
