Mfd2 satnav cd help

I have just bought a cd off eBay for the satnav. Looks original but now thinking its a really good copy. Unit won't read the cd.

Where I'm at...it's a 2012/13 map cd. Is it that potentially my head unit need a software update to work with this one?

did you get an unlock cd? This usually enables you run the copied cd in your unit.

This is it! I've 1. Not had an unlock cd, or even know if it is a copy. I think it is, basically for the cost, but if it is, it's a mentally good copy. As in the way it's been properly printed on the cd!

So...I guess then, unlock cd? Anyone got an idea where I can get one from?
