“Phone” menu on high line MFD
« on: January 01, 2019, 05:45:47 am »
So I managed to get all the menu working for my newly installed high line MFD, except for the phone menu where it skips.
Apparently it is due to the BT being too new for the cluster (9WZ) from what Ive told.
Which BT works with the cluster that has audio streaming and phone call?
The problem with not having phone menu is i cannot pair a new phone with the BT unless the BT is swapped to another car, and whenever the BT doesn not connect to my phone i need to restart my car everytime (happens roughly 50% of the time)

as i have got a new phone, i cannot pair it to the bluetooth as I cannot access the phone menu

i could not find other cars with newer cluster to swap the bluetooth, so my current probable solution is for example this bluetooth, as post above?
https://www.autopolar.net/product/polar-bt-bluetooth/

any other options or ways?

also, does it have polarfis function? if not, can we use polarfis together?
