Oem bushes or poly bush
« on: September 01, 2015, 07:42:11 pm »
My edition 30 needs the front lower arm  bushes replacing but I can't make my mind up on what to fit, either genuine oem bushes or the likes of powerflex/superpro bushes. What are people's thoughts?

SuperPro.....end of.  NEXT!!

Lifetime guarantee says all you need to know. Had mine on for years and can't say a bad word against them.

They much hassle to fit on the mk5? I remember doing my mk1 leon cupra r and they where a nightmare? I've also noticed movement when changing down gears so is it worth trying a dog bone insert or changing the whole lower engine mount?

I had the front wishbone bush changed to poly a while back (along with Salk). Couldn't tell a difference.

It replaces the rear bush on the wishbone and alters the front castor to aid grip.
