Yeah when I first offered it up before paint I thought it look gash!

But now it's on and painted it actually looks alright, especially in person. But yes as you've pointed out, the valance doesn't sit completely flush to the bumper near to where it meets the arch. Honestly though in person it looks much better, I kinda think it looks more aggressive maybe?
For the price I guess we can't complain. It reminds me of my votex front spoiler on the tt that fitted over the existing bumper lower half which did look good.

If the valance is fitted like that all the way round then t would look good but not just the corners  could it have been adjusted a little for the slight lip to increase around the whole bumper?. I'm thinking it can as you've had to drill your own holes into the top half correct?.

It's in as far as it can go, there's no real adjustment in it. But it doesn't sit completely flush all the way around, I think the angle of the photo just makes it seem less flush on the corners. I'd say it sticks out about 5 or 10mm out from the original bumper.

Like previously said though, it looks a million times better than just the standard black plastic valance, or even worse when people get that colour coded!! I personally hate to see that!

Everyone has their own oppions really :)

However I think these cheap aftermarket valances look pretty good after a bit of prep and paint, especially for the money

That's probably good that it pokes a out by 5mm odd which will give it a brow type of look  :happy2:

It does look good for what it is so may have to do that if I get the chance or spare cash  :signLOL: would also want the front ed30 style though.

found one on ebay for the rear but £250 was the asking price.
