As long as they dont think you were taking the mickey or anything (and they seem to really like you, so unlikely), then that should all be fine. I'd personally try and speak to them myself and explain. Again, they liked you when you met them, so i'd expect them to be sympathetic.

Being up front and honest is always the best option here

I wasn't lying about anything as they never ask me. The after sales manager was so sweet she even mentioned some hinges about my last employer which made me chuckle so hoping it's all good as I'd hate to be called a liar when I've said nothing to disappoint her. We discussed my last employer and how I was treated there and she was simpethetic and said I bet you'll be glad when you're out of there and I replied will be glad to see the back of that place for sure. She's okay but obviously if you p around she'll be on you like a ton of bricks. Keeley also mention that they're a family at this company so if anyone doesn't help you when and if you ask they'll have her to deal with so that sounds very promising and I feel reassured that I'll be fine there. touch wood the guys are friendly and not a bunch of wa***** like most of he other dealerships I've worked at as I'm very friendly and will be friend anyone as long ad they don't have other motives or bad intentions. 

Thanks for the vote of confidence Dave, will let you guys know if she's okay with my previous history as I don't wish it to affect my future. Oh and she said soon as she gets my driving licence she's putting me on an MOT course which no other company allows me to do. shows how dedicated she'll be toward her family and she likes to give hugs

Lol I don't knocking it at all. It's great for what it does and our Mondeo we had was a fantastic car. They're just not a GTi...

Mondeo  some have a pain in the  oil filter at the front behind the radiator and they're always tight and take a while to remove as the O ring dries up and doesn't allow free movement when removing  a special shallow socket is also required to remove this from that tight space 
The other isn't too bad front lower engine and then there's the other ford's that require a C spanner to get at and they are hidden further into the front right of the engine and some of them have the Alternator wire in the way  ideas from ford as per usual.
