TTRS 362mm Set Up
« on: May 10, 2016, 10:30:51 pm »
I'm looking at getting a 362mm 2 piece disc set up from Reyland rather than AP seen as they are a fraction of the price of the APs! Are you able to use the standard carriers from the TTRS calipers or are adaptors needed? If so what ones are available?

You'll need adapters.

Would 370mm rotors and bells work without adaptors?

I have already spoken to Reyland about this a couple of months ago. If you send them the calipers and carriers (even better, a hub aswell) they can use them to measure and machine custom bells and then match the rotors for your requirements. I think they quoted me around £500.

Did you not go ahead with it in the end? Yeah I was expecting it too be around that, if they can make 370mm disc and rotors that are able to run without adaptors isn't that bad a price!

No as I have bought 2 more sets of different calipers since inquiring, haha. I'm very indecisive. Ive finally found a setup i'm happy with so I'm sticking with it now. I will be getting Reyland to machine some custom replacement rotors at some point.
