Buy on condition, specification and then mileage
Whats the spec of this ED30? Does it have FSH? Any modifications, Previous owners and so on?
Might need a little more to go on that your initial post :happy2:

Too many owners imho each will have ragged it around somewhat.

Keep on looking bro and don't rush into a purchase.  :slap:

You'll find decent ones but make sure they are an enthusiast and have lots of paper work to account for each service and parts replaced such and cam follower. Divertor valve. Timing belt. check for uneven tyre wear on the rear wheels by sliding your hand across the tyre you will know when it's not right as you'll feel jagged edges instead of smoothness. check brakes for pitting as this is very common. check MOT history online for extra peace of mind.  :happy2:

Anything else guys?.

have you thought about a mk6 gti? just as capable as an edition 30, just new but also a slightly smaller turbo. don't get me wrong the, the mk6 IHI turbos pack a hell of a punch

No worries

I don't like the mk6 that's a personal thing.  :driver:
also too refined for a gti and it didn't get good reviews like the mk5

If I had the funds for a mark 7... Maybe I'd do some considering.. But looks more like the older bully jock brother of the nerd (The mk5 being the little nerd if I lost you on my weird.. Comment..thing)

@shoaybmakda that is absolutely beautiful.. I won't lie... Gorgeous color! But I'm set on grey and 5 doors stress me out..(I don't know why I can't answer if you ask.. It's like seeing woman's feet in tights stresses me out.. So gross...) anyway I digress..
