Could anybody help me understand these MOT advisories please?

Hey lads. i posted here last week looking for some info on GTIs, anyway ive found a couple in my price range but one of them has these 2 advisories on them and im wondering are they serious and expensive to fix?

1. center exhaust has a minor leak of exhaust gases 7.1.2
2. Front headlamp deteriorated but light output not reduced both 1.7.5a

im pretty useless with this type of thing and would rather pass up on a dodgy one.  Thanks guys

1. Part of the exhaust has a hole in it. Depending on what section will determine the cost to replace.
2. The headlights are probably a bit hazy. Can be fixed with a £20 headlight polishing kit and an hour of your time.

None of these issues would put me off buying the right car.
