Hi all, and happy new year!
I have owned my first mk5 gti for a couple of week now. However it seems I have an issue with the outside temperature sensor. Basically, when driving the temperature will start off normal(ish) and begin to drop into the minuses.
I have replaced the sensor and I get the same issue. Also, I have removed the sensor (this doesn't show a readout on the dash) and bridged the circuit, when I do this the temperature starts to rise to about 50c as far as I remember. This apparently means that I don't have an open circuit.
Does anyone have any other suggestions for a fix?!
