I'm getting myself completely confused with which way I'm going with this !

Spoke to Jkm and they suggested if it's a road going car and not going in track just put the standard ones back in .im very tempered to do this and leave the revo dog bone one on .

Also would like to buy the power flex inserts for them....... problem is powerflex only make one insert for the mounts I have !

Get a different mount then if you decide to go for them. I had to buy a different upper engine mount to fit the inserts in mine. I found one from an Eos 2.0 TFSI that fitted my Leon perfectly

But once I've bought the other engine mount and the powerflex add ons  I'm getting on for the price of the 034 mounts

034 mounts are £270 ish? The Powerflex inserts are £65 delivered from PSI Tuning. Sure you could find a standard engine mount for a lot less than £200?

You could sell the Revo engine mounts to cover either option anyway

Right made a decision....

Bought new standard engine and gearbox mounts from ecp and made sure the new mount was the correct one with regards the powerflex inserts . Obviously ordered the inserts as well from awesome . I'll be getting this all fitted along with a revo intake /map tweek/new thermostat next week  :happy2:

New mounts are in and more to my requirements... noise has gone mostly , do feel a bit more engine movement but happy with the choice I made . I’m not completely convinced  the inserts will last if I’m honest , seem to have moved quite a bit already but not popped out , although I’m pretty sure they will over time

The inserts move a bit and then settle. I thought the same with mine, been static and settled for the last few weeks now

Oh also have some standard mounts from my 09 plate that have covered 40k miles. When I compared the new ones I bought to these I wish I never bothered with buying some more , as there seemed to be the same resistance from New and old !

Looking for £70 plus delivery  :happy2:
