to all the guys at Awesome.
From the moment I e-mailed Sarah to the moment John emptied my bank account I was dealt with in the best way possible.
I must admit that when Awesome moved from thier old site to their new premises a few years ago I worried that they would become another 'faceless' organisation. Thankfully this has proven not to be the case and the guys and gals are as fantastic as ever.
Sarah dealt with my e-mails extremely efficiently and with her usual sense of humour. I was booked in exactly when I had requested and the work was carried out immediately. The facilities are top notch, espescially as you can watch your car being worked on - John (technician) could actually see me watching

When I had originally got the quote from Sarah it had included a 4 wheel alignment as the front subframe has to lowered to allow the fitting of the ARB, however when John had test driven the vehicle he saw no reason to carry one out and as such I was not charged - no ripping off at Awesome
Once the bill paying had been completed Andy took me out to the car to run me through the process of the extras on the APR map before sending me on my way with a huge
