Help with fault code - 00017-228

Error - 00017-228 Motor for Footwell/Defrost Flap : Left Rear (V196)

Can't seem to find much info about this online. Its a 2006 gti. Literally just had the cam chain & tensioner done & now this is throwing the EML.
