Power folding mirror modules.

Looking to fit power folding mirrors, can anyone tell me the correct module part numbers i would need to get for my 2005 GTI, as i am told later ones wont work?

Also looking for wiring diagram to fit the red/white door lights.

Have a read through this. Has some good info. I have it saved down for later cause I also want to do power folding mirrors.

You need the mirror units which are all the same I believe, but there are three generations of window modules for the Mk5

Being a 2005 I would say it is the first generation which may be harder to find.......none the less a nice project if your prepared to hunt for parts over time.
