a evening out with mates in our mk2 golfs

just been out with a few mates for a blast in our mk2s . had great fun and really missed not convoying in old dubs

here are a few pics !

mine is the peppermint green 1 with lots done inc a vr6 swap
middle 1 is my mates he got off ebay for 362 quid and has air con (rare)
oak green 1 is my other mates , its a 16v soon to be bahn brenner charged (will be crazy when done)

Mmmmmm i also love a good Mk2, Oak Green being one of my fave colours. I actually almost bought an EditionOne before getting the GTi.

Would love a nice G60 again tho, the noise the chargers make is sweeeeeeeeeeeeet as !!

MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ! i loved my mk2 im thinking of buying one again for a project, whats it like for parts availability now ? Also whats the common faults on them now ? when i had mine i had tailgate rust, lower door rust, cooling fan not working, new accelerator cable, new shockies all round

the mk2 will be up for sale agin soon but it has ran out of mot . need it gone to help with the misses business
