Hpi report

Hi all
Just doing a Hpi report on a van i'm probably buying and its asking for doc ref number which is not a problem, Ive found that. But its also asking for doc issue date which i cant find on the v5. Does it mean date of first registration????? Thanks.

Does HPI also ask for chassis number also?

Vin number, doc ref number, doc issue date, registration number and mileage. Thank thats it  :smiley:
