I know what you mean.  :signLOL:

I left my Eddy today with my mechanic but it wasn't easy to talk to him to set a delivery date.

She wasn't that bad on the juice really. 250 mile to £60 around the doors, 320+ on a run ,MFD showed around 23-25mpg and no more than 32mpg on a run . Similar to the Cupra r Iv got now only it's slightly better around the doors.
Had a lot of character that V6. Would of been better with a manual though. Wish I'd found this forum while I had it

Spent the day yesterday with @vRSAlex of AKS fame.
He did a fine job fitting an H&R front ARB and painting my rear calipers gloss black to match my TTRS front brakes. While he was doing it we discovered that my rear bump stops were shreaded so replaced those as well. It's been bugging me what could of caused them to get eaten away and I think it maybe my Jetwash.

All the hard work has paid off as the car is handling brilliantly. Ride comfort has been maintained and the stance is almost perfect.

Really?!
Alex never said! What were you down for?

I have to go back in August for a service but mods wise, I think I'm done.
+ I've bought a new bike so that'll take my attention I imagine.

Yes mate. I was down to replace the Milltek with a BCS. Running 3" straight through now haha. It sounds rather naughty. I'm at the end of my list to tbh. I'm ready for a new car, just not financially.

Nothing new really, just enjoying the car!!!

Took the car to AKS last Friday for a service and a couple of other bits. It maybe placebo but I'm convinced the car feels better with Miller's oil in it. Not faster, or more powerful, it feels more free revving, lighter in some way. It's an odd sensation but its there.
High beam assist has been fun to use but the the TPMS has really surprised me in that I had no idea how much a tyre fluctuates in pressure.
Other than a annoying squeak coming from the rear of the car that no one can find, the car is running really well at the minute and I'm really enjoying it.

Now if I could just get rid of these thoughts about Golf R estates!!!!!

So, the time has come to split the CC down, put it back to near standard and move on.

I've always loved the CC from the 1st time I saw it and this one is awesome. But my life is moving on, with school runs and family outings so I am moving into the SUV world.

Springs, Anti Roll bars, wheels and full TTRS brake kit will be in the classifieds soon.
