Bluetooth question

Hi All

New to all this. I have just bought a 2005/55 Golg gti and it has the steering wheel controls which look like you can operate phone. I have the rcd500 with 6 cd changer in dash. question is, how do i get the bluetooth module, what kit do i need to buy? Does it come with microphone and does anyone know if its easy to fit?

If you had the RNS, you could go with a newer kit:

Not too difficult to fit if you handy with tools. Took me about and hour.
