You can access the rod and nuts to adjust it when the turbo is fitted. I've had to adjust mine in the past. I'm sure I could remove the whole actuator with the turbo still fitted.Let's try that little clip mod Rich. Worth a try before changing the turbo (for a hybrid)

Cool, ill order that part (probably wont fit )... ill be interested to see what you think of the noise Alex. Im convinced its turbo related even though it performs fine.
