Recommend a good spark plug

Need to change my plugs on next service.Car has R tECH STAGE 1 REMAP(242bhp/311Lbs Ft)
Anyone recommend what I should use,I have heard that there is no need to move away from a standard plug with a stage 1 ??

The standard plugs work fine on stage 2+ K03 and K04 vehicles.
