How to complain to VW
« on: November 10, 2012, 10:36:09 am »
I need to complain to VW about one of their dealerships. I've gone down the customer care route and didn't really get anywhere. I remember someone had posted the boss at VWs email address. I've done a search but cannot find the post. If anyone has either got a link to that thread or even better the email address I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance

Andy

Have you rang VWUK customer services? They're usually very good at this sort of thing. 0800333666 is there number.

Thanks for the replies. Basically traded my mk5 gti for the mk6. The salesman and dealership should have done several things but did not none of them. Been in contact with Vw customer care who were fantastic and fought my corner well. But because it's a dealership issue it's down to the dealership to put right which I don't think they have done so I'm going to try and take it further up the chain.
