Retrofitting from leather to Recaro's
« on: November 20, 2012, 09:08:53 pm »
Evening all,

Has anyone on here retrofitted a set of OE Recaro's to a leather interior with the electric lumbar support? If so is the input to the support taken from a separate harness to the fitted 3? If so, did you get get any fault codes if left disconnected?

Leather to Recaro's. I'm planning on doing this in my Rocco R which has leather as standard including the electric lumbar support (which i assume was included in the optional leather on the GTI?).

They are the same sort. I'm just trying to get my head around what folk did with the existing lumber support connection.
