Someone could email the maps and u could download the bluefin desktop at work... However it seems that your device isn't recognising your motor.  Defo try more juice (connect bluefin to PC via USB to charge wouldn't harm to download bluefin and see if it returns any errors from the device), iirc it warns of low battery issues in the bluefin manual.

Problem will be that the ECU does not have a full map written to it, only some data areas will have been programmed.

Only way to recover is with a recovery file from superchips or a local tuner with a VAS / Revo /BDM tool.

This is the first issue I have had with it.

I removed the map for my MOT as I read reports of it running a bit rich and failing on emissions.

Just tried to reinstall the stage 2 today as the snow was starting to clear.

They do have another stage 2 map ready for me to download (uprated hpfp) so will try and download that when I get home and try again when I'm back at work tomorrow morning (start at 6am)

If that doesn't work I will have to phone superchips and hopefully they can help

No.. Mine has just passed its Emmisions running stage 2 on Bluefin yesturday and with Twintake  etc.

Mine was close to the wire last year because I had fitted a Rev D Diverter valve , instead of the cars correct one. rev G for the BYD engine.

I'm in Aberdeenshire.

Wallace performance are the only tuners within 100 miles of me and they are a revo dealer so I hope that I do not have to go down that route as I would have to get the car towed to them and pay for a revo map.

I don't think I will be able to do anything today with superchips being closed so hopefully they can fix this for me with the device.

I will have to take my laptop into work tomorrow for using the bluefin desktop as the computers at work need the admin account for installing softwear.

A Revo tool will be able to flash it to a full factory stock file, don't have to buy Revo. Takes about 20 mins.

I got this sorted

Took three attempts to load the original map back onto the car.

I'm just going to keep the standard map on the car for now and will try the stage 2 after my APR pump has been fitted and make sure I try to load the map when superchips are open
