Voices in my head
« on: July 04, 2013, 12:01:06 am »
Something strange has been happening recently. There is a little voice inside my head telling me to sell my car and upgrade to an R32. The little voice is becoming more persuasive all the time, especially when I see/hear one.

Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

Got very close when going from my GTI to my Eddy. Drove a few of each and only got the Eddy for its "tunability". Even in standard trim the R32 sounds lovely.

Would love a r32 but to get 300bhp will cost 4k  :surprised:

And the tax is a joke!

Wouldn't call it an upgrade more a sideways movement to a different style of motoring.

Love the noise and 4wd.

Hate the tax(unless you get an early one) and fuel consumption.

I do every now and then when I consider how much money I've spent on the golf! Expensive things these golfs!

Haha I spent more than that on mine and I'm yet to get what I want out of mine. Getting there tho. So tempting just to swap!!

I've had this voice in my head, as I love the sound and the idea of 4WD...

however one thing that's helped quieten the voice is the fact that I bet one to the finish line, on two occasions, at the 1/4 mile event at the weekend in my humble stage1 GTI  :happy2:
