If you do a search you'll find that most people rate the eibach's or the h&r springs.

Hi im running H&R at the moment have had them on the car for about 7 months now and they are awesome springs, lowerd about 30mm on the gti is plenty negotiates speed humps without slowing too a crawl and even the wife commented on how nicer the car runs compaired to standard springs,now thats gotta be a first lmao,hope this helps

I've run both Eibach sportlines and H&R supersports. They are nearly identical. Sportlines were more comfy and handled just as well as the SS's. Drop was also nearly identical, but the H&R front drop was just about 1/8" lower.
