not sure whether you guys have seen this document (sorry if its a repost). it makes for some good reading and i think it applies to the 200ps engines mostly.  its kept me entertained for a while with info and exploded pics, helps you understand a bit more about the engine

wow, am i the only who really appreciates this kinda stuff! i dont even own a 2.0t but i still find it interesting! haha!

I want one for the tractor engine i own now! ;)

And yes  JPC I love sad stuff like this too , you are not alone.....

Wonder how APR managed to get fuel rail pressure above 120 bar (130 to be precise), when theres a relief valve in there that opens at 120 ! ? ! ?
