Bleeding the coolant
« on: October 02, 2014, 11:21:00 am »
Does anyone know how to bleed the coolant system on a ed30 2.0 tfsi engine?

I connected all my pipes up, filled the coolant up, turned my engine on and get up to temperature (90c), after that it doesn't seem the push the air out and my fans randomly kick in! But the thermostat is still closed!

Can anyone help me with this?

Have you for your coolant cap on? Needs to be off so the air gets in.
