Great glad you got it sorted. I've learnt the hard way if you don't have the correct tools don't bother.

I'm with you there, but you know how it is, you built your toolbox for a couple of years and lose track of what you have and do not have sometimes, I swear I had a TRIPLE SQUARE kicking around somewhere, maybe not then.

I had no tools prior to owning this car. I have a sh*t load now. Every job needs a new tool. I've also learnt if VW do a specific tool buy it the copy ones are sh*t.
