can any one help, im after removing my front seats and the rear seats but cant find a torx big enough to undo them

what size do I need to remove the front

and what size to remove the rear seat belt screw

any links to ebay would be great so I can get this ordered

Yeah its a spline bit but not sure what size

I'm pretty sure I just used a T25 torx bit on my front seats. Not sure on the seat belts though.

You need a 10mm triple square (12 point) bit for the seats.

Is it hard to do or jusr a matter of removing the screws and unpluging any electrical connections?
Any air bag issues or warning lights after you re install?

If you're in a hurry, a larger allen key head will also do the job, it won't thread into all of the corners but will bite enough of them to allow you to remove it.

With regards to wiring, if you disconnect the airbag with the battery still attached you'll trigger the warning light which means the whole system is deactivated until it's been cleared with diagnostic tools. It's also an MOT failure to have the airbag warning light on, bare that in mind if yours is due soon.

But yes, remove the four bolts (fronts first, then slide the seat forwards to get clear access to the rear two) and then carefully disconnect wiring.

Think the fault light will only come on if you turn on the ignition.
As long as you don't do that you *should* be ok.

Not true!!! Disconnect your battery first.

I didn't and my light came on. (Keys didn't go near the ignition for hours before or after the work)

when I removed my seat to fix the air bag wiring plug, I followed a guide on how/what to do and it said, make sure you disconnect the battery, also after you've finished insert your key... turn ignition on but not Engine.
then connect your battery, do not touch throttle and wait for throttle alignment to do its thing, then drive your car to get rid of all the lights and that, im sure there's a sequence with the steering as well (all way left / all way right)
