How much would an RNS500 fetch?  I can't find any on ebay to compare with.

There's no RNS-500. Try MFD2 for older radios and RNS-510 for new generation radios.

The price depends on the version.

The rev C has better processor and the later models have LED screen (star button at the upper right side).
