Timing chain kit

Going to get my timing chain replaced, not getting the adjuster done.

Local Volskwagen quoted me £240 for the parts (excluding adjustor)

GSF do this kit for £200 using genuine (?) for my engine. Thoughts?

For the sake of £40 I'd buy from VW.

How many hours labour is it to change?

Volkswagen say 2.5 hours @ 125 an hour labour.

A forum member knows someone that works for an independent that has changed a chain before that says he will change it privately for £150
