Not sure to be honest but I'd say he got it around 6k, got lucky with it and I'm well happy.  Best thing was I had almost bought a White Ed30 the same day but someone from England bought it over the phone with just seeing pictures for just over 8k after being online for just a few hours!

Edition 30s seem to have a "street value" that the market value doesn't reflect! I work for a large car dealership and they value cars using HPI and CAP values.. My 2008 DSG ed30 with 82k miles has a current trade-in value of 6k also  :sick: Private sale for these cars is the best idea  :smiley:
